I'm lost, help wanted
category: music [glöplog]
I'm in dire need of a musician to help me. I'm completely lost.
I need a lead to my tune, but I just can't think of any and whenever I try it sounds horrible T_T.

Start with some chord progressions and the melody should come by itself.
Yeah, the progression is boring. I tried, but it is really hard to do something useful with just 2 chords changing like that.
Try stealing something from timbaland, that will work.
Man, I so thought this was bittin on another adventure.
Add a D#5 on 3C right behint the last G-4.
Just create some "drama" which you can release with a D#4 or shit.

Tips:
Tune your samples to the same key, it will make composition much easier (once you know a couple of scales, that is).
Think your sequences longer than a pattern.
Start with the accents on the first line, it's so annoying to track with the last note of the measure falling in the next pattern.

TIP:
Make more music;
Other people will come up with their own advices like "what they would do if they were you". But they are obviously not you. Unless you think music is something expectable and you can master by learning from others and reading about, then, I think you're lost indeed and buying a map won't help you.
But that's my two cents really. I'm pretty sure a lot of amazing musicians here will laught about it.
ps: yes, you can predict things in music but it's so boring and... indeed predictable.

You indeed can predict it is going to be predictable.
Now, I predict you write an article about predictable demos.
