I think a lot of sceners are arrogant, so are a lot of Pouet users. But who would you say are the most arrogant sceners you've come across?

Amiga sceners used to be very arrogant towards C64 sceners back in the days, because they had computers which could beat our computers. E.g. at the Hurricane/Brutal party there was a guy who had sampled a sound bite saying "My opinion about C64: *BUUURP*" which he was playing over and over on some loudspeakers during the C64 compo.
