How to ignore lamers like nitro2k01

Since the faq isn't totaly clear about this I'll explain how to do this in Firefox. Maybe some other people could do this for other browsers as well.
Step 1)
Locate your userContent.css file.
Step 2)
Find the user id of the lamer you want to ignore. In this case we want to ignore nitro2k01, so click or hover his avatar and you'll see the id (14893) in the url.
Step 3)
Open the userContent.css file in a text editor and add the following lines:
See the user id in there? Replace that by the id of your lamer of choice.
If there are more than one users you want to ignore, just do something like:

Restart Firefox, and your life will suddenly be much more enjoyable.

Works too, but extensions sometimes stop working in firefox after an upgrade, the usercontent.css trick keeps working :-)
Also, the usercontent.css eats less memory (I guess) than an extension.
I don't know why you want to ignore nitro2k01's postings. I think some of them are pretty interesting and I like them.

Well, I personally haven't blocked him either (although he's annoying the shit out of me lately :-) but some people have real problems with him since he dumped loads of very violent and graphical images in the random image thread last night.
We've had discussions about censorship before and back then I also said I oposed that. Therefore I think it's important that people know how to do some censorship themselves so that we can keep pouet as free as it now is (without moderation/elite sections and stuff like that) eventhough that definately has it's nasty sides.

80% of the pouet users should have been banned because of the pictures they post here, but nothing happens. So u folks contribute to attracting rapers, murderers, anal lickers etc etc to pouet.net

Sorry but it has nothing to do with cencorship if you kick out that shit fuckin pics from nitro. He is really sick (but this is just my own opinion). I don't think that anybody has to tolerate this. Is it really like that you want the scene look like.

Welll, I don't think anyone (not me) will mind if those pictures are removed, this is an extreme example.
However, we've seen less obvious cases (for example with screenshots of productions) were there were clearly two camps. Who decides what to block and what not? Better to let anyone decide that for himself.

Ok, here's a little bit of explanation: Someone posted a bunch of bbcodes on 4chan. (Which, for those of you who don't know, just shows as text, because 4chan dosn't support bbcode) I thought, hey why not post this at pouët?
Of course I took a look at the pictures, but not all of them. Except for repeation, there where in total 15 pictures linked in the first post. (On page 44) If you count them you'll find that 7 pictures are disgusting and 8 are tolerable. Incredibly, I managed to not pick a single disgusting picture when I picked a few random ones. I'm truly sorry for this.
As for the second load of disgusting pictures, (Page 45) I thought, "Well I'm fucked so why not" and I didn't look at them at all, but yes, the "Just as last time" part is errorous.
I don't think I'm the only one to blame. It's not like I'm the first to post disgusting, I'm only the first one to post so many at the same time.
I agree with _cRN, looking back at it, I'd like to have these two posts removed as well. Someone responsible has my permission to do so if they like.
