i have put together a proposal for a new scene Outreach project, any suggestions are of course welcomed :)

The Demoscene, a vibrant digital art subculture recognized by UNESCO for its cultural heritage, faces a challenge of lacking a central, accessible entry point for newcomers. The history of this unique community is spread across various archives, making it difficult for beginners to engage in creation due to high entry barriers.
Introducing The Demoscene Hub, a proposed solution to this issue. Our vision encompasses three key objectives:
- Inspiring curiosity by showcasing a curated gallery of demoscene works.
- Empowering aspiring creators with user-friendly tools and tutorials.
- Preserving and honoring the legacy of the demoscene through a collaborative heritage archive.
The project will unfold in five phases, beginning with the development of a Minimal Viable Platform (MVP) to make a significant initial impact. Funding for this initiative will rely on donations, and the project will be steered by dedicated volunteers. We invite community backing and strategic partnerships to initiate Phase 1 of this transformative endeavor.

maybe first build something *then* start asking for donations?
as much as i would like to see more demoscene outreach and solutions popup that help tackle the issue, i feel that a corporate proposal out of the blue by someone without recognizable scene cred is unlikely to gather the active community support.
i assume good intentions and a hasty execution attempt
without a recognizable scener contact explaining things on a direct level to others it just feels like an idea that will never get off the ground thrown at chatgpt to writeup a proposal.
