I have not been on assembly for some years.. planned to go there this year (bringing my kids so I guess assembly is a good starter.)

however. my account was gone. apparenlty database was wiped some years ago.. created a new and applied for oldschoolstatus. still now aprox 1 week later nothing happens. Want to buy those tickets.. anyone here who can handle it?

I was in the same situation in 2016, got it resolved by mailing to ticket-sales@rt.assembly.org (Snippet from the reply: "The process is bit longer compared to old system. Sending email to us usually helps a lot :)" )

I did this some days ago..

need to know when to fix travelstuff aswell..

_Chucky_, my two daughters were with me at the Assembly couple of years ago and they liked it. I hope you are succesfull to obtain the oldskool status. We'll have our A1200 and A4000 in the oldskool area with us this year, perhaps we'll see there then :)

Well sadly nothing happend, mailing, contacting via FB etc etc..

and now hotel got so expensive.. so no go for me. :-/

Well that really sucks! Abyss or somebody else in charge at Assembly should pay attention to this and try to improve the communication in these kind of situations. Some bad customer service for not getting a reply at all.

Aargh. I haven't noticed this thread since now.

I try to figure out why there was no response to the email. This should not happen.

yeah I was kinda dissapointed. (so was my kids) so there for sure is room for improvements here. so I guess I will need to plan for next year instead
