Beeing our first demo it is by no means a breakthrough in the scene but we hope u will enjoy it anyway. We can promise far better stuff in the future, though. On my system the demo runs with Himem and smartdrive but I REALLY advice you to NOT USE SmartDrive ! When u execute the demo, after a short (kind of) Intro you 'll be presented with the player screen. From here press <space> to enter the sele- ctor screen or <esc> to exit. U can also press <- / -> for fast backward / forward respectively. When on the selector screen press keys 1 to 7 to sele- ct a song. For me it is the first ever programm I did in x86 assembly, and Altered Bat is the first MOD I 've ever done. Spirit of Time is the first ever MOD by Wind and the MOD's by Trash are some of his first tries. So I hope u 'll excuse some bug's in the code, some ripped samples, the use of clipart and generally the lack of perfection. We 'll do better next time... This demo runs in real mode but accesses all the available memory (up to 4Gb) from within a single segment using a version of the N-SegKILLER interface I released some months ago. The player supports this 32 bit addressing system so it is capable to play the big >800kb mod's included in the package. This player is quite slow and limited but we are working on a new revolutionary player with extra k00l commands, more Trakks, >64kb Samples etc etc. We are also working on a new Music Editor quite different from the other Trackers (hmmm it is a bit like X-Tracker). LosT DestinY runs without flickering or slow downs on my 486 but it might be a bit slow on some systems due to the lame coding. Sorry for that, enjoy the GFX and muzak instead. After all it's a Music Collection NOT a demo !
