What Is This ?
--------------

    MISSION:LIFTOFF is a game inspired by the 8-bit classic Jetpac. Lost and
    stranded on a hostile planet, your mission is to collect rocket parts and
    fuel cells so you can take off and fly on to the next level. Make generous
    use of your powerful laser gun to dispose of enemies. Bonus will appear
    randomly and can be collected by just getting in contact with them.

	The game in its current state is freeware and not for resale.

Requirements
------------

    1. A Thomson computer of your choice:
          * TO8 (+ disk drive, with or without memory extension)
          * TO8D (with or without memory extension)
          * TO9+
          * Emulator
    2. A joystick or equivalent (keyboard control would slow down the game
	   too much)

How to run this game
--------------------

    1. Connect the joystick
    2. Reset the computer
    3. Insert the disk into the drive
    4. Press B, C, 1, or 2 on the keyboard

    Once the game is loaded, press the joystick button to skip the presentation
    and enter the game. Then use the joystick to move and the joystick button
    to fire.

    Bonus:

    * An animated intro will be displayed before the game (512k RAM only)
    * A music score will be played during the presentation (512k RAM only)

    Special features:

    * Press any key during game for pause
    * Press joystick button on pause screen to load or save a game
    * Press joystick button on initial loading for permanent invulnerability

    !!!! DO NOT REMOVE THE WRITE-ENABLED DISK FROM DRIVE DURING THE GAME !!!!
