STresSTeST atari ste demo (STNICCC 2015 version)
notes
this is a "lite" version of the demo, because:
-we are lame
-we ran out of time
-falcon is a bitch
the entire demo was done in less than 4 weeks intended to
be shown first at STNICCC 2015. unforunately i (ultra)
am going on vacation tomorrow so no time left to do a
100% version. we will do this after xmas.
technical notes
the demo should run on every stock atari ste with 1mb.
it should even run on a plain st, except for the ste
colors we are using
all effects are running in 1*1 pixels, 16 colors, even
if you might not see that. no streaming or precalculation
is used.
instructions
- boot! the disk
- dont! use a falcon because it has problems with vga
must be the sono song. sono was not for vga too...
- laugh! at the errors
- cry! when it crashes?
- reset! and do something useful
credits
abyss: absolutely nothing. he was not even ironing his door.
agent -t-: mysterious. was constantly providing ideas that were not
implemented.
tao: very effective in consuming valuable clock cycles using sids,
syncbuzzers or 8 byte waveforms simultaneously.
tommy/avena: watching tao failing in delivering a decent cover version.
ultra: nothing. collecting ideas just to burn the list afterwards.
