Explanation of files:
START.COM
Runs VICTRIXS.EXE to configurate demo and after that
runs the whole demo by running VICTRIX.EXE. After demo
runs VICEND.EXE to show the ending screen.
VICTRIX.0**
Datafiles needed by VICTRIX.EXE.
VICTRIX.EXE
Demo itself. If you run this without commandline parameter,
whole demo will be viewed if configuration is correct.
Allthough this probably won't work good so you SHOULD
USE START.COM to view the whole demo. If you use parameter
0-5 then you'll see the part of the demo.
Example: VICTRIX.EXE 0 - shows part 0.
VICTRIX.TXT
This textfile. Read carefully before running :)
VICTRIX*.AMF
All musics in AMF-format. Do not spread alone.
VICTRIXS.EXE
Configuration program. Makes VICTRIX.CFG-file which
VICTRIX.EXE searches to check the configuration.
VICEND.EXE
Shows the ending screen.

* This demo is such old. All effects are made before autumn'94 and
some are made even in 93-94 winter. ViCTRiX was originally made for one
competition (wasn't success). First I thought that I'll never release
this to the public but then I changed my mind after couple of months.
This isn't meant to be anything new or cool but I still decided to
release it public. There is maybe also a collection of strange bugs
that I haven't never fixed. I fixed only the critical ones which
appeared when I recompiled this for public release.
* ViCTRiX requires at least 386sx. 486dx/33 with fast videocard and
Gravis UltraSound is recommended. ViCTRiX is synchronized to music
so there is no support for silence. Also videocard should be
a 100% standard VGA.
* Just to be sure, have lots of free base-memory (about 620000-630000
should be enough) and 256k of EMS (atleast if you don't have GUS).
If there is not enough memory, ViCTRiX may skip parts.
* ViCTRiX is not animation, almost everything is calculated realtime.
* Coding, graphics and music by Jetro Lauha (a.k.a. Tonic/sYmptom).

Only logo and copyright.
Part 1 : (music:Victech)
Interference circles with slides, plasma, chaoszoomer.
Part 2 : (music:Space journey)
Plasma, fire, dot tunnel, rotozoom.
Part 3 : (music:Positive barrel-organ)
Lens, rotozoom, shadebobs ;)
Part 4 : (music:Rusk steel)
Dot effect, flame-scroller&scaler, dotvectors (with wobble),
"textured" ball, filled polygontext, linevectors.
Part 5 : (music:Different morris)
"Copper"-effect, logo, moviescroller.
