Running notes: þ at least an 80mhz machine to get synching to
look good; a dx4/100 or a P5 will suffice well
                  þ a decent video card
                  þ a decent sound card :) (sb/gus/pas)
þ NO EMM386 or QEMM; on a 4 meg machine you will have
to boot clean with himem.sys only to work.. on an 8 meg
machine it should be fine regardless

General blather: This was supposed to be out at NAID96 but unfortunately
we didn't realize the tremendous chore linking was going
to be. Also, we were farther from completion than we
thought we were. In any case, I think this version is
                    much better :)

Futuristiq: We have no plans to do anything ever again :) Should one
of us get bored, you'll probably see another EDEN. If not,
well such is life. Hopefully if NAID97 ends up happening
we'll try to kick some butt there too. Oh, and btw we are
North American (except for pelusa who is fortunate enough to
be South American) so forgive us for lack of inspiringly
random finnish text and shaky static filters.

                         °±±±± BABYLON: A POEM ±±±±°

pastor. preach, i cannot care.

                          build a tower into the sky;
                              dream a way to god.
                         reach until you learn to fly;
                             leave no path untrod.

mother. feel, i cannot bare.

                           build a tower of babylon.
                              build a tower to me.
strive and toil; work and die,
                          raise your dreams then flee.

father. trust, i cant believe.

oh my god what have you begun
youve left our earth - work undone.
dreams are but our prayers you see
                         theres nothing left but heresy

master. build, i cant achieve.

                               when silenced pain
                               remains and stays
                              when fear walks tall
                                and conquers all
                                      can
                                      w e
                                      end
                                     th is
                                     flood?
                            water's wash is cleasing
this sweep of death is pain
why am i left, why do i remain.

brother. speak, i cannot hear.

once before we built a spire
                        climbed and climbed ever higher
king god 's brought us down
left our envy on the ground

sister. look, i cannot see.

                             mentallity confuse me
                               take away my name
show us just what babble is
                              another game we play

lover. bleed me.

                          build the tower of babylon.
then see what you can see.
youve looked for god and found yourself.

i do not want to feel.

                      thus, dis-appointed, you find hope.

just never think halfway of how high up you are in the sky
