::%%%#################### WormRace - What is it? ####################%%%::

WormRace is just what it sound like, a race-game, where you control worms.
The worm that first runs x number of laps, wins. If a worm collidies with 
another worm, with himself(!) or with the edges of the way, he will turn 
around, and continue to go at the opposite direction.

::%%%####################### Starting the game ######################%%%::

An STE, with 1MB of memory or more, is all you need to run WormRace. 
Well, a color-monitor too. WormRace is tested on STE/Falcon, and it 
may work with TT too. 

Just doubleclick on 'Wormrace.Tos', and after a while the mainmenu
will appear. In the mainmenu you can press these buttons:

Space: Swap level-screens.
F1-F10: Choose level 1-10.
R: Choose Random-levels.
A: Choose all levels.

After you've pressed F1-F10, R, or A, a new screen will appear.
F1-F4: Select/deselect worm.
+: Increase number of laps.
-: Decrease number of laps.

Finally, the Level you've choosen will appear.

::%%%############ Instructions, how to control your worm ############%%%::

During the game you control your worm with these buttons:

Red Worm: left: A, right: S, item: D.
Yellow Worm: left: J, right: K, item: L.
Green Worm: left: <Arrow left>, right: <Arrow down>, item: <Arrow right>.
Blue Worm: left: <Num. 3>, right: <Num 6>, item: <Num. 9>.

If you want to break the game, just press <Esc>, and you'll enter the 
mainmenu again.
If you want to pause the game, press F10. To unpause, press F10 again.
If you're in All-, or Random-mode, then a press on F9 will skip a 
level.

Each worm has an item-box, which contains of 5 squares. From the start, 
the first 3 of these squares will be occupied by Turbos, and every time 
you press the item-button for your worm, the worm will use the first 
item in the item-box in the bottom of the screen. The item that was used 
will then dissapear, and the items to the right of the used item will 
be rotated one step to the left. So when you use one of your 3 turbos, 
you will only have 2 turbos left, logical, eh?

Each worm has also an energy-indicator, which will decrease during the 
game. When the energy is empty, the worm will slow to half the normal 
speed. To get refill of your worm's energy, you can always enter the 
depot. There you get refill, plus two extra turbos.

::%%%##################### Items, good for you! #####################%%%::

Some small items can also appear on the way, if you collect it, the item 
will move down to the first empty square in your itembox. So, let's say 
that you've got one turbo in your item-box, then you collect an energy-
item. To use your energy, you'll hen have to press your item-button 
twice, the first time you will use your turbo, and the second time the 
energy will by used.

The different items that you can collect are these:

T: Turbo, when you use it, you will increase in speed for a while.
E: Energy, you get refill of energy, about 50% of the maximum.
D: Drunk, all the worms except you, will suddenly be hard to control, 
   remains in about 3 seconds.
F: Freeze, all the worms except you, will freeze! Remains in about 
   3 seconds.
G: Grow, you will grow in size, to the double lenght. Remains for about 
   8 seconds, or till you enter the depot.
C: Colors, all the worms colors (except yours), will fade from the 
   original colour, to the way-colour (green), and to the original 
   again. Remains for about 4 seconds.
