SKENEKLUBI ANNUAL MEETING DEMOPARTY 2019 INVITATION

Welcome to the Skeneklubi Annual Meeting Demoparty!
The party takes place on May 17 at Skeneklubi. Annual
meeting at 19:00 (only intended for current members
and those applying to join). The agenda of the meeting
is as follows:
1. Open the meeting
2. Select chairman for the meeting
3. Select secretary for the meeting
4. Select two meeting minute reviewers for the meeting
5. Check that we're having (at least) the meeting legally
and there's enough people/voting power
6. Approve the meeting agenda
7. Skeneklubi ry's annual report
8. Skeneklubi ry's financial statement
9. Financial auditors judgement
10. Approve the financial statement
11. Approve freedom of financial accounting responsibility
for the current board
12. Select members of the board
13. Select treasurer
14. Select two financial auditors and two deputy auditors
15. Vote for monthly membership price for next season
16. AOB
17. End of transmission. And yearly meeting.
After the meeting is over, everyone is welcome to join the
party! Skeneklubi members and those who bring a compo entry
get in for free, entrance fee for everyone else is 10 EUR.
We'll have the usual compos - gfx, music, realtime, wild,
what have you. Deadline at 20:00, compos at 21:00.
We have no doorbell, call us to get in. For more info,
