this is the first demoscene activity of cha,who had the idea
together with hellmood and led the design of the production.
one you hear "desireless - voyage voyage" on the radio, with
coding in mind, especially while being a :DESIRE member, the
association chain unfolds itself ^^^^ You're inside the ship
"voyager", flying through a starfield, get faster and faster
until you finally reach light speed, while hearing said song
in the radio.
special focus was laid upon the correct tempo and key of the
song,as well as trying to reflect the flavor of the original
as close as possible. the core starfield routine maps linear
values pseudorandomly into 3D space and offsets them by time
,which is much shorter than really keeping track of a number
of 3D positions. the visual effect alone can be done in 64 b
but with the luxury of 256b, we made it look a tad better ;)
