º So, here it is our second demo production bugfixed version.... º
º It's been a long time since panDEMOnium,our first demo was out º
º and we decided we should do something to state that we are º
º alive. This intro is not made to compete in any demo-compo, we º
º made it just for fun (that's why it WAS so buggy....:-) º
º The demo,a 90 Kbyte pklited executable is NOT written in the º
º assembler....It's 100% written in Turbo Pascal 7 of course º
º with too much inline assembly.....Stupid,huh ? Though, 100% of º
º the code, gfx and music is done by us ,except for the samples º
º that were ripped from various mods. º
º Well we relesed it without having tested it in enough machines, º
º so we found out later that the player didn't work on most º
º SoundBlaster 16 compatible cards (in the original everything is OK) º
º and some Gus's .We fixed this and now we finally release the º
º soundbugfixed version..... º
º Distribute this intro freely ,but please keep all files of the º
º .ZIP file together , without any changes... º
º Sorry for the boot at the end, but how else could a demo named É͹

Ì͸ Requirements º º
º ÀÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄ ÉÍͼ º
º The only thing you need to get this demo movin' is an 80386 or º º
º a higher processor and a VGA. To hear the music you need a GUS ÈÍÍÍ͹
º or a SoundBlaster compatible soundcard . Yes,we DO support the º
º SB , while many demos nowdays don't even run without a Gravis, º
º cause we think it's a shame not to ( or because we don't own a º
º GUS.......;-) º
º You can even hear the music from the PC-speaker (!!!) but the º
º sound quality is really looooooooowwww.... º
º The intro will run in the same speed even if run in a 386sx/25 º
º but if you want it to be smooth enough, please don't run it in º
º anything slower than a 486/66MHz with a fast VL-Svga card ,or º
º the scrollers may seem a bit jerky... Of course you can adjust º
º the sb player mixing speed for better results. º

º When running the intro, it automatically detects your hardware º
º and decides the soundplaying device and the mixing speed for a º
º Sb.You can bypass this autodetection using command-line parameters º

º int19h /c to configure sound card,mixing speed,stereo or mono playbackº
º int19h /s for silence mode º

º (Hint : The reboot is not done with any special procedure, it's only º
º a simple int 19h command. That means it is easy to avoid it by º
º disabling the interrupt...There's also a command-line parameter º
º that disables the reboot ) º
