What is it?

This is a parody. The music is an original arrangement with a sampled
chorus from a song called "Victory" by Mike Brady. The original song
comes from a 1982 Australian film called "The Pirate Movie". The movie
received a Razzie Award for the Worst Musical Score, and for the Worst
Director, and was nominated for a number of other such "awards".
Polish state owned Television (TVP) used to air a television program
on the subject of maritime affairs, called "Morze". It aired on TVP1
from 1988 to 1997 on Sunday afternoons, and was produced by the
Szczecin branch of TVP. The program featured a "stolen" audio and
video from The Pirate Movie during the intro and the ending.
I am the author of this soundtrack with said exception, and I've
created and edited the video using footage from a 4K UHD Blu-Ray
release of the movie "Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End".
Recut, recropped and repanned. I wish for the royalties if any to go
where they are due. This is a work of parody.
