Gfx: TMK - Music: Dominei
──────────────────────────────────────────────
System requirements:
This add should run on a 286 with at least
450kb *free* base memory and VGA. You'll also
need a SB/SBPro/SB16/GUS/PAS/WSS to hear the
musical masterpiece.
Available keys:
[up] - Scroll up
[down] - Scroll down (sounds logical?)
[home] - Go to top
[end] - Go to end
[esc] - Quit
Trouble shooting:
Got any problems? Don't suprise us.. This add
was done in a real hurry, and isn't tested at
all. :-) Solution? Forget the add, and just
read the plain text file G95BUSS.DOC ;-)
Greetings:
Why great? Nobody ever greats us.... Anyway,
greetings goes to: Orchide, iSC, Twilight,
Nocturnal, Trinity, Proxima, Endless Pain,
K.Froyn ("do some homework"-Digitus), Culture
Crackers, all those who attend our bus, and
all those we forgot.
About the "graphics":
Yeah, yeah... I know. It sucks, but there are
some reasons: I *HATE* drawing in MCGA, not
enough time (done in 2 - 3 hours), lack of
inspiration, to many other things in mind,
lazyness, and so on... Sorry. Some tech info:
The drawing was drawn in 100% DP2e,NO effects
were used (as always)... Now why is this crap
in English?!? Dette er jo en busstur i Norge!
- TMK/Inf.Graphic Division
About the music:
"Duck me baaaaad" converted and composed this
1h intro tune.. Guess I'm a little satisfied.
Originally made by Gente allegra-piero
Barbetti. Hehe... Man, do I love this tune or
not? It's just fab.... Sample from my '76
ORIGINAL quack vinyl single!!!
Zebras for the people
- Dominei/Inf.Studio
About the code:
I was supposed to make a routine at the top
of the scroller, so I choose to not use any
hardware scrolling. But due less time (the
bus was almost full when this invitation was
released...) I had to drop it. So I hope you
can forgive me for the unsmooth scrolling
routine.... (I added some smooth scrolling at
the start/end instead).
Some tech info: This scrolling routine was
made in Pascal/ASM (Borland) to save time.
Yeah - I know it would've been faster if I'd
made it in pure ASM, but I don't really care
All I care about is that you join our bus!
- Dizz/Inf.Coding Team
The sound player has only been tested on GUS.
Reason? That's all I've got! The ßETA version
did happen to work on SBs and PAS16.. But the
final version I haven't had the oppertunety
to test on anything else than the GUS. If you
enconter any problems, use the no-sound (-c5)
switch.
- Digitus/Inf.Coding Team
So what are you waiting for? You better book
some seats NOW!!
