Gettin' started fast

System capabilities:
in a word
──────────────────
- PC 386DX or higher.
- MSDOS 3.30 or higher
- 384Kb (?) of conventionnal memory.
- 800Kb of extended memory free. (works on a 2Mb machine).
- no himem, no emm386 (works fine with them but in pure mode, you
earn 5% of speed, so use this mode).
- VGA 256 colours.
- Sound card : Silence/SB/SBpro/SB16/Wss/Pas/Pas+/Pas16/Gravis.
Valid environment variable (BLASTER or ULTRASND) must be correctly
set. (If they don't, you probably notice that few demos correctly
ran on you machine).
