Really nice wave animations, could not make sense about "speech"

The speech samples were from Space Taxi, saying "Hey taxi!" and "Up, please". There was supposed to be captioning and a more complete storyline with more music, but I ran out of time and couldn't include them in the main code anymore. I'll release the tracker soon when I manage to make saving and loading without using the vice monitor.
