The first release from this old PC group. The full Cardiac demo was later shown at The Party '93 and released in 1994. The dentro consists of the four screens you see above (no vector effects), plus a nice logo at the end that I think was reused.

yay, I tried to find it but no luck...will check it tomorrow :)
It was on the Escape CD, which you can get in ISO format here, but it would be more convenient if the Escape files could be downloaded directly. It has a lot of pre-mid-1994 PC stuff you can't find elsewhere.
