- ELF64 support, amd64 mostly supported (program entry point not crunched on amd64 yet).
- Amand Tihon's empty DT_SYMTAB trick on Linux.
- Bugfixes.

New release. Relevant changes since r99.
- Properly crunch amd64 entry point.
- GNU hash segment support on Linux.
- Merge headers as bytestreams.
- Default to "not nice" unpack header.
