This is totally the best compofiller I've released in September 2013 so far! And here's a youtube clip of the first 42 seconds. The intro goes on much longer, and keeps changing slightly, though.

LOL!! So you watched a single-color screen. ;) No wonder I didn't get much points in the voting.
I kind of tried to hint in my email that I'm not really even submitting the intro yet, I only want to know if it works on the compo machine, because if it doesn't I'll enter it in another party... (And my mails had got sent to the spam folder by Gmail) Oh well. Anyway, the Gerp organizers "missed" my entry... ;) Not my most successful remote entering ever. :D I have to check my mail settings. The Function party is next weekend, let's see if I can come up with another compofiller and maybe even provoke someone else to do the visuals.

yeah, it's a shame it didn't run on the compo box, this is good - I like how you've varied the visuals quite a bit, and the music is good for 1k.

Looks nice, but crashes on ATI as you might know.
Yeah, I suppose it doesn't work on AMD graphics cards. I can't test it. The AMD shader analyzer shows no errors in the shader code, so the problem is probably somewhere else. I don't have access to AMD cards, and I'm not going to build a new PC just for testing.

The first notes in the tune reminded me of the part in 2001 where Dave Bowman jogs inside the spaceship even if it doesn't sound the same at all. Oh, and a nice intro :)
