I added the missing twenty loops you crave, spiced up the titlebar scroller and made it SVG 1.1 compliant.

Digging this back up because I realized I could squeeze out a few bytes by making black #000 and change #00ff00 to #0f0. (I only remembered this was here to show someone else for something else. Why? I dunno.) Total size of the Pouet-safe version: 386 bytes.
