As usual for Apathy this contains music and a diskmag part. Excellent stuff in there. Love the article about Jogeir and the interview with my personal "Mr. Drum 'n Bass", Muffler.

Very nice issue of Implant with several nice songs. Interface looks cool too and the mag-part was interesting as well for nostalgic reasons. :) Too bad this was the last issue of Implant to be released. The code by Mr. X had improved quite a lot since Implant 3. I believe the mag-engine used for Implant 4 is the one that was used for the diskmagazine Retro on a later date. Good times!
