Nope, since Henryk Cygert as well as Darek Bartoszewski comes from and apparently are still living in Gdansk. Atari Star Force was a group, which later became a, let's call it "software house".

I believe it's an ending to the game (the game manual mentions an animated movie to be seen after completion.)
