This runs 'ok' in dosbox. A bit slow and the constant flashing seems to really upset it. Obviously meant to be grating and/or annoying, it does so on only an average level.
Like the evil twin of something TPOLM could have done. Dark tunnels, high contrast flickering, skull textures and brash drum'n'bass all the way.
