Well, I've never used this one myself and just thought adding it here when I accidently found the zip file. Didn't actually know about correct releasing date since I didn't even uncompress this one :)
Ok, managed to get it working, made a screenshot and fixed the date.
Now, go and find fasttracker 1. :)

Tomaes: ..actually, I happen to have the original Fastracker on a disk. So only if I knew where to upload it I would do it since I've never managed to find it from the web.
urg. fuck this shit :)
ST2 played arpeggios differently btw! Skaven used that in a few of his songs. I've included this "feature" in my little player http://oldschool.voodoofrog.com/

I made way too many tunes in this shitty tracker back in the days :)
my first tracker <3
Pales in comparison to all the later trackers :)
I heard good things of this one.
Hideous!
That wasn't free, and this fact isn't really nice for thumb it up. So it's ok.
I really liked scream tracker 2 - it was the tracker I was the most comfortable with.
nah, gathering glöps.
geezez. i did use this back then. didnt remember it was in textmode. anyway it rocked my boat atleast
GEIOILSO!
If you can't make a proper PT compatible tracker then I guess it's ok to invent yet another file format and go with the commands you can pull through :)
Version 2.3 (pre-registered) here is better: http://dcee.net/Files/Music/Player/st_23-r.arj
