There's a lot to like about this one, and I like how it's trying to place itself into the Moralhandcandy / Kkowboy genre - something you don't see often nowadays - almost successfully, and with the added complexity of it being size-limited. It doesn't QUITE manage (it doesn't have the design cohesion, some parts feel like "I had these effects lying around" and the chord pads sound like the battery in the synth is dying), but it's an admirable effort.
There is nothing really wrong with it, except maybe music is a bit too generic (detuned chords are the best touch there BTW). I like some effects: particles+voronoi for example. Big plus it's only 8k. Normally I would give a full thumb up for the effort, but it's a bit lacking for the 1st place. It feels like it lacks this final spark.
