I wonder how this would be a nice competitor to MO3 on PC :) Like a convertor to convert PTV back to MOD.
I guess the format then could be worked on for XM as well for PC. With the Windows API for decompressing samples, since Win10+ supports FLAC.

PtvPack is a noise/pro/fasttracker (.mod) modules packer
targeting the Vampire cards and SA.
It handles modules from 1 to 12 channels with up to 5 octaves.
The (adaptive) replay uses hardware mixing
(Look at test.asm for an example about how to use it).
Samples can optionally be packed with ADPCM.
It's a command line tool.
