an quick 3 days craptro for the Raspberry Pi Pico 2 (RP2350) microcontroller running two ARM Cortex-M33 cores at 126 MHz + DVI output + compressed tracked music playing via I2S DAC. very 1995ish style-wise but that's by concept :D

Yeah, misunderstanding. It's mostly like a comment of "Oh a raspberry PI, weren't these running like 2GHz, so it's not impressive?". Then I saw it was underclocked at 125, but yeah still not exactly retro.

It's barely underclocked (150MHz -> 125MHz), probably to meet better DVI alignment, not sure why not 150MHz. But to reiterate author's comment, this is not running on a Raspberry PI SBC that you might be familiar with, but a microcontroller.
