a google search unveiled a forum here, linking to the blitz3d source code for "megablitz" by "xperience2003" from dec. 2004. and both that file and this file come from www.games-mafia.de. so either they ripped nearly the entire demo, or they took their own demo from 2004 and added an ultralame screen.
