no windows .exe in there. But if its the same artpack that was posted on the bbs or somewhere before, the gfx are well drawn but maybe lacking a bit in maturity for my tastes.
These are very nicely drawn yet unfinished PENCIL SKETCHES, all of them.

Also, some of the scanning leaves much to be desired. There are artifacts on the scanner face and general dis-orientation.
