The spectrograph kinda gives that and works for any audio: stream, track, ... -

Yeah, it switched to 640x480 mode IIRC - ugh Cubic.. we amiga guys were really discusted how wrong it could play modules for some time =)

- Impulse Tracker also had a hidden spectrum mode ;)
- Being able to see the notes while playing, adds an extra layer of pleasure to the experience.
- xmplay also has pattern display mode (also: disgust not discus)
- HippoPlayer was and still is a nice and small player. Been using it for decades. :)
- use 8bb's protracker for win/osx/lnx ;)
