oh your eccentricity - Obviously they don't care, but judging from the fact it is not respecting "usage guidelines" I guess it wasn't actually made in cooperative program, so probably nobody got really paid for the effort, just saying... if I'm right - it's not exactly true product placement.

who cares? - It doesn't matter here much for sure. Just if you do incorrect/unauthorized product placement, you might get into trouble (even with a good intent). At best - remove the material from the internet.
