well I took lot of time to reach out to previous planet-d users as well as recovering it -- even when there's a backup it's not ideal to spin the PHP 3/4 wheel and let the same security flaws run again :( -
Neon Colors glow. That's all there's to it. - I'd love to remake OJ from the old data just a read-only "relic" site.

- You need HDR for that, since neon colors are colors that are set to be very bright and often very vibrant. The bloom effect applied to those overbrights is what makes them appear to glow.
