No, it's automatic, described somewhere in the pouet 2.0 features topic, I think - i see it currently misreporting one of my demos as having a broken link.. wondered if i need to fix it at my end

evilpaul: the problem is that people submit urls that are sometimes correctly percent-encoded, and sometimes aren't, and sometimes it's impossible to tell. I'm trying to work a fix out. -
