What is Pentagon to Speccy? It's a recreation of it, using different hardware dev techniques. Just like the TS-Config. -
if someone created an evolving series of emulators to serve as a demo-making platform, starting from commodore 64, each one having less and less in common with the original c64, then it would still be justifiable to have the letter c in beginning of the name of the platform -
Pentagon was Speccy through all the 90's and 00's. Is rewriting the history funny? - so recreating a 1982 computer with differences in 1990 and calling it a Speccy is OK, but recreating it in 2015 and calling it a Speccy isn't?

I see a wide spectrum of spectrums - It isn't as long in 1990 it was an industry and the life of ordinary people, and how it's showing off of one man's gang.

- There are substrings "Pentagon+General Sound" and "ATM Turbo" in there. There are no emulators except JUST ONE: TS-Config. Covering this can have only one reason - wanting to be friends with these guys. (Do you want to be friends with HTEL? Or with Satanic church or Detroit? Where it ends?)

We should try hard for the oneliner to go to "residues" :) - yzi: as long as DOS and Windows what also run ZX software don't have these letters in them. However, there's no need in separate platform for one gang, we already have some stuff like this in Wild and there is still a lot to upload, so "Enhanced 8-bit" platform can do.
- OK. So we can make an exception for Pentagon to count as a real Spectrum, because "cultural context". But we can't make an exception for TS-Conf, because "nonono, must compare the hardware implementation details objectively"
