absence: audio doesn't have different rules from graphics. it has different rules from _code_, which is not strange, since it's a completely different thing. -
As said, for most coders/artists in the scene audio has only one rule: "leave me the fuck alone". Optionally add "it's too big" for intros. -
I've just noticed that my metaball's processing is a bit too slow... -
gloom: audio does have different rules. It's ok to play back pre-rendered audio, not ok to pre-render visuals. (I'm perfectly happy with that, mind :) -
If the balls touch it's going to be slower -
meatballs are better processed slowly. Go too fast and they end up too smooth. -
And while it's perfectly okay to use other scener's samples, never use other scener's brushes, god forbid! -
yeah, I like my meatballs chunky... -
Yeah, the planar ones are rather disappointing. -
they work rather well in hamburgers though. -
