windows 8 is as good as any other windows, with some cool desktop improvements, it just has a fullscreen start menu. - oh no its very different than that, to develop for the "modern ui" side (metro) you HAVE to submit via M$... other than that the 'legacy' desktop seems to be very win7 ish. its schizophrenic with 2 O/Ss in one.
