Amiga and extensions? Pfff. Amiga was looking at the file's header. Rename an mp3 file and try to play it under f.e. winamp. It really sucks... How is it possible that Amiga passed away with its modular architecture!!!! Pha Q Billy Gaytz... -

Good software does not confide in extensions! :) -
mpt never trusts extensions, it just tries to apply all loaders until one can load the module :D -
Gargaj: yep, I've noticed that too (even it proposes rename the ext. for a proper one). It is rather obvious that it is easier to check the ext. rather than sniff into the program. -
