im also a musician (im learning it) im also in a demo group called sYcini so maybe someday I could do some stuff for a demo or intro - someday != today. Stick to reality till you get there.

nitro: yes I was talking about video game music. vgms contain the data send to the sound chips sent to the soundchips in 8/16bit sega systems. there exists one tracker I know, which only works with the 8bit vgms. I guess that this wont fit in one line. - anyone?

use smudging with yer own fingers, it's the way of corel. - http://ww2.hemsida.net/dtd/software/smudge.zip <- Tested on w98, may not work on xp. philipptr: To me the term vgm means music from any video game not only sega 8/16-bits. Am I wrong? Ok, wikipedia tells something else.

parse43, there are no 'best brushes' for painter. It's dependant on your style. But i wouldn't touch any smudge tools... bad habits die hard. - But my tool is not your ordinary smudge tool. (:
