how's your back feeling legend? - back is ok, shoulder-neck area is on fire, has been for a month almost now. nothing much works except heavy opiate based pills. I cannot sleep well. Have not had this long episode ever before... thanks for asking. A Finn will tell you the truth if you ask.
- some exercices may help but as it hurts to do them a lot of people just give up, it's suffering first, heal then.
- This started from exercising, which is a real downer for me, as I was waiting to get better and then *blammo*.

Had a bad shoulder ~2y ago. Chiropractor was zero BS, and recommended gentle mobility exercize, increasing amplitude if the body lets you - jazzcat: <3 thanks, I made the base structure etc. years ago, then we one studio night found it and played the rest on top of it :) wanted kinda cosmic feeling
