Well if someone can recognize a "dutch circle jerk" (love the term! Dutch also have their own color scheme!), doesn't it just mean that the Dutch have a sub-scene, or partly overlapping local scene where people are not infighting? - intriguing how you assume other nationality don't have sub-scenes.
