is it true that germany is a good engineering language? I've heard finnish and german atleast are, and for example france is not, but then again france has europe's only working rockets..? -
Blueberry I remember it is quite not optimized which is why it was put into the intro. I think it was meant for 040 but Simply never finished it properly.. "so what routines you have you want to give to this joke prod?" :D -
Yeah, it does mention targeting 040. I still think 25fps on 060 is quite decent, given that this is from 1993, long before c2p technology was properly developed. -
hot multimedia: I only know one good language for engineering and it's called Mathematics. -
@lukewarmmultimedia : remind me who invented the first real, actual flying hoverboard, while you were all pretending to be the greatest engineers (in video games or movies, probably) ? Even American jetpacks look stupid AF. And then France arrives on FREAKING FLYING SKATEBOARDS ! Elegance, man. :D -
deine mutti -
guess from which country most of the early pioneers of rocket science come from? -
german was good enough for bedroom inventors to do programmable digital computers with FPU in the 1930s. let's see how finnish compares to that. -
immer geradeaus -
Notable finnish inventions: Dish draining closet (1940), Svonius Wind Turbine (1922), Fiskars scissors (1967), rescue sled (1930s), Angry Birds (2009). hmmk, not bad. -
@v3nom : China. Got it. Nice reminder. :) -
trine (2009) -

what happened to bitfellas btw? -
gargaj: yep. good times -
The question about engineering languages was not a joke or dig. The actual wording I've heard about this is literally "Finnish is a good engineering language. Like Germany." and was asking for experiences as I don't know German at all. -
