- Today, Saga learned about writing a patch for Pouet that would forbid Avatars to be reused!
- TomoAlien: Who would do that though? Most avatar conflicts come from randomly selected avatars on signup, not from intended malice.
- wysiwtf: The easiest backwards-compatible solution would be: Don't randomly assign avatars that are already taken.
- CrossProduct: Blank would probably just introduce the same problem with all newbies looking the same because they don't bother. Procedural avatars like those on Gravatar might be cool.
