Organizers should really consider the importance of having the wristband on the hand closest to the infodesk when you enter versus which hand 95% of world's population uses when they wipe their ass.... I'm thinking hygene should probably win over convenience in this one ;-)

I've said this before. Thankfully the guy at the desk allowed me to pick which arm my wristband went on this year.

They didn't let me choose - But that's not a problem since i wipe my ass with the left hand. But here, have an asswiping protip:
Turn your wristband by Pi and pull it up the arm while doing that so the protruding part is on top...

And now the friendly inhabitants of Saarbrücken think the demoscene is all about planets and space. :)

You watched the PC 64k intro compo, right, Steel?

Actually I fell asleep during the 64k and woke up only for the last oldschool demo :-(

"Dieses Video ist in Deutschland leider nicht verfügbar, da es Musik von UMG enthalten könnte, über deren Verwendung wir uns mit der GEMA bisher nicht einigen konnten."

I thought copyrighted music is strictly forbidden at Revision?

No, that's not entirely correct. See this information:
REVISION, GEMA AND YOUR PARTICIPATION

DJ sets (and I guess other performances, ie concerts) are probably paid for in some other way. Pretty sure Netpoet or some other organizer can elaborate.

To comment on lug00ber: yes, we do pay for performances and concerts. For financial reasons we have to limit it to that as paying kind of a "flat rate" for the whole event is like... expensive. Very expensive.

Please don't allow using the same content in exe and msx/gfx compos. It's fucking lame.

Worst decision ever: instead of letting the sunday night compo block start at 8 or 9 pm, you put TWO music acts beforehand. Lead to: compos started even later than the accounced 2230.

Aside from that: picture perfect, everything. Thank you very much.

Errrr:
Best decision ever: having two awesome live-acts just before the last awesome compo block.
Lead to: great athmosphere

Yeah, agree with dossi - no issues for the people at the party - it was all good. The entire party was, in fact, absolutely fantastic. D.Fox and co. made everyone feel at home and made sure things were running smoothly. Personally one of my favorite parties of all time, got to hang out with many of my friends I only see once or twice a year - and made some new friends as well.

Thank you Revision!
