category: general [glöplog]
I vote for a joystick icon too. I tried making one, but it became too crappy.

750 000 at first day... that is awesome.
What if they've sold their coplete charge to _one_ (TV) shop? Think about it.

"Mammoth Toys produced the units with the software included licensed from Ironstone Partners. QVC purchased the entire first production run of 250,000 units and sold 70,000 of them the first day they were offered."

It's not suposed to be an amulation, it's more like a copy... makes no sense... anyway I've read in some site that it sounds worse. Not that worse... I actually found some samples... not the best example, but here you can find it:
http://galaxy22.dyndns.org/dtv/ (sorry I don't know where exactly)

I wonder whether there is any C64 software emulator which can emulate the DTV extended features?
added on the 2006-07-09 12:23:41 by eye eye
I think I fucked up my DTV while attempting the luma fix. Soldering SMD components without proper equipment is such a bitch.
So now I'm trying to fix it with resistors from an old walkman and a smaller soldering tip. Wish me luck.
(also in the works: a case made from a VHS box)
