How about weight loss charts by platform? Just kidding :) As a suggestion, the target field "I want to" on the profile page possibly should include the option "keep current weight", too.

fiveofive: good idea - you can now choose that option. does nothing yet, but it might be in the future ;)

Also - the forum is now finished and replaces the article pages "how" and "when". Feel free to post away :)

3) Recipe database? (I know the Internet is full of them but I'd like to see what other sceners are eating during this project and what they'd recommend, sharing ideas etc)

4) Picture gallery (for before / after pictures, not everyone is FB friends with each other. Possible Slengpung integration?)

5) Discussion forum - some place to put your thoughts about this project, ask questions of others, giving other people ability to comment and so. Nothing grand, trying to keep it simple. Not everyone's on IRC (they should be, damn it, #pounds-off @ IRCnet!) Or should we just use this thread for this? :)

3) You can use the forum for that now. I've created a category for recipes etc.

4) You can use your own profile comment-board for that as well. It's not the same but since it supports bbcode, it should work fine. Also - I don't have to host gazillions of pictures ;)

5) Your wish has been granted :)

We have a nice little feature called "Demo my pounds off"

What does it do?

It generates your a random playlist with demos to which you can exercise (or chill out, eat, drink, whatever).

Have a go!

Weird, how encouraging this database actually is. xD manually adding the data still is a PITA kind of.

Ordered the scale too, just for kicks. Also, it seems there's an Endomondo integration thing going on with it, so that's even better.

I have done some research, and it turns out that the best thing to get drunk on is DRY SHERRY, which fortunately, tastes wonderful. Its only 50 calories for a 4.5 cl glass (a bit over a double shot), so if you do ie. the TRSAC Run, you could probably down roughly 10 of those making your calories intake balance!

This means, that TRSAC will now have sherry available!

apparently I have received some bad data, remove the above and insert DRAMBUIE as the new drink of choice for all of you reformed kids!

50 calories BEFORE consumption, perhaps. you know that alcohol gets processed, right? :)
