CODEF use webkit audio raw acces, so, you NEED to use CHROME/CHROMIUM or any webkit based browser ;)

raer : can't you read CHROME in the orignal post ?? ;) FF is so slow handling canvas...

this framework looks so modular someone should go meta and redo the rsi demomaker in it ;)

Most of them work in Firefox, but indeed I had better results with Chrome. Very cool stuff.

Cool! Runs nice and smooth in safari, but no music again. Might try in chrome later.

I CAN read, but refuse to install chrome for that stuff... There's waveout shit for Mozilla-based browsers and others too, so use it.

you might want to reimplement some of that stuff with css3 animations at some point.

Check out DisIsSid #4 by Abyss HTML5 remake. It also features a Javascript AHX Replayer which you can use for your own productions.

@bartman : i am not a credits runner, but you could at least "promote" CODEF by a little "thx"...

@bartman : no problem, i sent you a mail ;)

I Adel CODEF to The online NFO file. Maybe you could try to add Mozilla compatibility to codef's music routines. I did so with the ahx replayer. Then all the demos on Wab.com would also play music in Firefox.

baaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaartman <3

@bartman: do you think I can ask you some help to use your ahx player in a VC6.0 project? :')

Rez: sure, there's a C source code on Exotica website.

@bartman: nice!

and also, it's possible to make an alternate version of your disissid#4 page with only the 320*240 screen? so I can open it in a workbench window into chiptune.com :)

(if a workbench icon existed one day, I want it too!)

rez: sure, just modify the html source. I added the amiga background later. you only have to remove one DIV tag.

Nice AHX player! Is there a shim for the concurrent Audio APIs ( with HTML5 Audio WAV/PCM or even Flash fallback ) ?

These libraries/frameworks/whatever would be so much better without the wide pollution of the global namespace and using private/protected variables. Closures anyone ?

p01: I implemented webkitAudioContext and Audio (Mozilla).
Feel free to improve the code. I'm a real newbie when it comes to JavaScript.

Thansk for remaking http://www.wab.com/?screen=27 ... awesome conversion of my original! :) Regarding the fact that it's pure HTML5 with JS ...
