considering the very few demomakers making games in Japan, that leaves very few or not games in the list ;)

Mostly music softwares...I really use few plugins, so it didn't hurt to buy some so I keep a minimal set without feeling guilty ! (and there's lots of pretty good stuff in the free domain)

Also low-priced old games (last one was NFS Hot Pursuit 2 which runs like mad since I've replaced my GF4TI4600 for a GF 7600 GT). Since I am a big Flight Simulator fan with "graduations", I also like to buy scenery and aircrafts CDs :)

$25: Krawall http://synk.at/krawall/, because I was too lazy to code my own sound drivers for GBA.
$26: Milkshape3Dhttp://chumbalum.swissquake.ch/, because I have simple 3d modelling needs and wanted to spend last year coding, not bashing my skull against Blender's UI until the bone shatters and my brain is Blender UI shaped.
So, usually: little things that are useful and look like they'll get better if the makers get money. Look what happened to Krawall! It's a commercial product now, but still the same price for non-commercial use.

Just enough DS and PSP games to reach a normal 'attach rate' before buying flash carts/bypassers and pirating everything else.

Yeah, I bought Renoise too. What comes to other music software, I've recently been trying to only use freeware vst plugins.

what i meant is: i would like to have a legal copy of windows, but i wouldn't spend money for it UNLESS i really had to - which in the near future will happen - which makes me so saaaad - but anyway if i could i wouldn't.

music software really, cubase / reason.. oh and sample cd's and vst-i's, when i've saved up for.

as for windows, well i find it cheaper to buy a pc with it installed near to what I want, upgrade the pc a bit. buying/building pc's now, not much difference, the margns are not there any more also companies get the oem's a lot cheaper than us the public.

bought a 64bit pc, and the windows is the 32 bit version, this I don't like. also linux installed , 64 bit version =) .
