A kind of disturbing but... I simply love it!
Toni Basil - Mickey

Last year, Pitchfork had a pretty long & decent feature article (basically a annotated youtube link list, but still...) regarding music videos. Plenty of good material there.

I'm surprised none of the finns brought up Dallas Superstars - Helium as it's one fucking awesome demo-inspiring music video.

Some great videos have been mentioned already (Toni Basil - Mickey rules!), allow me to mention just a few other examples of excellent video making:

The Avalanches - Frontier Psychiatrist - Hard drugs must have been used in the creation of this.

The White Stripes - Seven Nation Army - Forget about marching cubes, here's marching skeletons!

Manic Street Prechers - The Love Of Richard Nixon - I so dig the effects in this video.

Röyksopp - Eple - Endless zoomers are the bestest.

New Order - True Faith - As seen at Breakpoint '07, sumuoutfits are great.

Laurent Garnier - Flashback - Viva la France! (Also look for Crispy Bacon and The Man With The Red Face for similar experiences)

Weezer - Buddy Holly - Be cool like The Fonz and find your original Windows 95 cd-rom for a better quality version.

Usally like Chris Cunningham and Michel Gondry stuff more, but this just makes my spine tingle everytime. Especially the color-explosion when the cars collide.

Gloom: Not so suprising perhaps considering the "scenish" graphics were made by a swede and the whole video by a swedish production team ;)

Oh and I find the windowlicker video brilliant!
